- For jointly clarifying technical and professional issues Members join together to tackle a specific task or assignment, in so doing developing a joint solution and generally detailing it in a report or a worksheet
- To render expert opinions Here BTE members join together to draft an interdisciplinary expert opinion specifically for this purpose, in the process addressing all the issues raised and questions posed in the expert opinion.
